Our Services
ShIpowner RepresentatIon
We provide comprehensive solutions to meet all operational needs of shipowner companies, including crew changes and visa/entry procedures, medical services and coordination for personnel, CTM, provisions and supply services, procurement of spare parts and technical equipment, fresh water, oil, and fuel supply, as well as the organization of any special services.
TURKISH STRAITS TRANSIT
We provide compliant, fast, and reliable transit services for vessels passing through the Turkish Straits, including obtaining transit permits and submitting official applications, processing necessary payments to relevant authorities, offering information and consultancy on current regulations, facilitating crew changes and medical support during the Straits transit, as well as CTM, supply services, and operational support.
SHIPYARD AND PORT
Berthing and departure operations and coordination with port authorities, communication and progress tracking with the shipyard, crew changes and medical services, CTM, supply, transportation, and accommodation. Procedures for classification/flag inspections and entry processes of technical teams. Port operations including monitoring of loading/unloading and providing up-to-date information flow.
PROTECTIVE AGENT
Acting on behalf of the cargo owner or charterer, we safeguard the rights of the vessel and stakeholders during port and operational processes by providing legal consultancy and coordinating communication with the shipowner, ensuring rapid response to emergencies, maintaining continuous information flow and operational transparency, managing DA control, and organizing surveys operations.
